Those Fabulous Short Shorts

ok, not really, but figured it woul get your attention. I have been working on dance pictures for the last few days. With my girls being in a total of 12 numbers, I have plenty of pictures to scrap. I usually end up doing an entire book just of dancing. Here we go........

McKenzie's jazz number was Fabulous by Ashley Tisdale from the High School Muscial 2 soundtrack. This is a fun little song and the girls loved dancing to it. Not to mention, the costumes were adorable. I cut the title out using the new Graphically Speaking cartridge and then flocked the whole thing. I love using that fun flock. The stars and the strip across the bottom are cut using silver mirror paper, but it was a little hard to photograph.

Products used: Little Yellow Bicycle papers, Bazzill Cardstock, Versamagic ink, silver mirror paper, Stickles. Doodlebug Fun Flock, Paper Studio bling, Glitz letter stickers, Cricut Graphically Speaking cartridge

For this one, the girls danced to We wear Short Shorts, but not the traditional version. The teacher found a version that was actually a hip hop/rap version. It was so cute!!!! This layout is a little on the plain side, I might add some stars or something else to jazz it up a little bit. For the title, I used American Crafts Thickers (chipboard) and covered them with glitter.

Products used: Bazzill cardstock, Fancy Pants stamps, Versamagic ink, Prima bling, American Crafts thickers, glitter

Love all your dance layouts! So colorful, and since I have a DD in her 12th year of dance, I can relate!! Great pages, Heather!
