I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus

I know, it isn't really that close to Christmas, but hey, all of the craft stores already have the Christmas merchandise out, so I can pretend too. Actually, that was the song that McKenzie danced to for her ballet number this past dance recital. I am not real big into the Christmas music at a dance recital in June, but it was really a cute number and the costume was adorable, so it's all good.

I just realized that even though I live in south Louisiana and only see a few snowflakes every 10 years or so, I have definately had a use for snowflakes on my layouts lately. I will probably add more to this layout, especially to the swirls, maybe some big Prima bling swirls to give it a little more ooomph. I used the Cuttlebug to get the texture on the gifts.

Products used: Basic Grey Two Scoops paper, Fancy Pants chipboard swirls, American Crafts thickers, Cricut Accent Essentials and Celebrations cartridges, Stickles, Cuttlebug embossing folder, misc. ribbon

So cute! The design is perfect for the dance! Do you take these photos yourself, or are they done by a studio photographer? They're really awesome!
